"pick up Wild" was the 10th single by TM NETWORK, released in 1987. The lyrics were written by Mitsuko Komuro, and the composition and production were handled by Tetsuya Komuro. It was created as an urban and swift-paced song, intended to be used as the ending theme for the Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation-produced Nippon Television anime "City Hunter" (1987-1988). It was the group's first top-ten hit on the Oricon charts, selling a total of 220,000 copies and ranking 22nd for the year, becoming a representative song for the group. Later, various arrangements and different mixes were released, and it has been covered by various musicians. Oricon peak position: 9th.
